Team Structure

The Bristol FSAI group will be split up into 3 functional groups:

1. Committee — responsible for general admin (e.g., operations, finance, long term planning, etc.)
2. Core Team — team responsible for developing core Autonomous Driving System (ADS) with clear roles and responsibilities
   1. Team Leads — responsible and accountable for team management and deliverables associated with developing the ADS
      1. Current teams: Perception, Planning & Control, System Integration, Hardware, and Static Events
   2. Team Members — responsible for developing the ADS
3. Members — Everyone else (members of Bristol FSAI who attend workshops, use training material, or just engage with society, etc.)
